Five minutes in and not a single chicken? Starting to think "Chicken girls" is false advertising

I gotta say a middle school musical called “Rodeo and Juliet” is the most realistic part of this show

The library book was just a voided book that they got rid of! Libraries get rid of books all the time to make room, and they typically get rid of books that they have too many copies of, or no one has checked it out in Its void because a librarian marked the barcode out with a sharpie. So you weren't complicient in a crime haha! Just got a cheap used library book that no one wanted :)

I’m a fraternal twin. You don’t know how many times I’ve had to explain to people that boy/girl twins cannot be identical.

it's a completely throwaway line but "she's really good at animal crossing" is so funny because like. what does that even mean? is she nuts at predicting the turnip market? super skilled at catching bugs and fish? just rich as all hell? even as someone who DOES routinely hyperfixate on animal crossing and effectively minmax the game to be super efficient while also doing the best decorating I can, I can't imagine describing someone as "good" at that game

"I'm right at the good part of Wicked, she's defying gravity" is a HILARIOUS line

The kid that said the water fountains were laced with “A. D. H. D….Med. I. Ca. Tion” was literally the funniest thing in the world to me and I would watch a show about just him 😂

the extremely mild/lowkey actor playing the most half-hearted theatre kid representation is the funniest thing in the world to me. i want him to get his own brat tv series.

20 min into the video: yeah so chicken girls is a pretty chill drama it's mostly dancing and boy drama
1 hr 20 min into the video: and here's the extended family tree and everyone's connections to the mob. also there are vampires.

I had aged out of BratTV's intended age demographic by the time Chicken Girls became popular, but this entire video reminded me of AwesomenessTV. They are like a legitimate production company now? They literally produced the Netflix Jenny Han adaptations. I wonder what happened to a lot of those channels in the mid-2010s which primarily used influencer casting.

39:10 i actually really like that it didnt result in a religious conversion and instead he just applied the advice he got in a way that made sense for his own life

speaking as a former 13 year old competitive dancer, the experience is honestly much closer to dance moms

"why are these women so little" is genuinely the funniest thing i've seen in a show recently, so good on chicken girls for making me laugh so hard i woke up my cat from another room

i'm only 5 minutes in but this video being how i learn that david blum is the one who coined the phrase "brat pack" shook me to my core considering i know david's wife... who is terri minsky... the creator of lizzie mcguire... who also created the disney channel show andi mack... andi mack was produced by michelle manning, who also produced the breakfast club and sixteen candles... and some of the andi mack cast members that i know also appeared in brat tv shows and were close friends with the actors on that channel... what in the overlapping lore

i am breaking my silence and leaving my first ever youtube comment because the silas/vincent switcheroo is literally word for word don draper's backstory from mad men. like not one singular detail was changed and i'm SCREAMING

god, Ellie singing to her friend unprompted while she's having an identity crisis became one of my fave scenes of all time

i dont think your book was stolen from the library! libraries regularly cull their collection and sometimes those books end up being sold (and resold) with the stickers still on :)
