I literally just sent my quest 2 headset back after buying it in 2021 from Best Buy. Meta is now sending me a replacement headset! I was blown away because I was sure they would turn me down because of the warranty being over.But customer service was more than happy to help me with a new one

I'm from Brazil, I recently bought the VR 4 days ago and it started giving me problems with several dead pixels and glitches on the screen, so I was planning on returning the VR to Oculus so they could give me a new VR, I really hope this isn't an update problem, just the price I'll spend would be enough to buy another one (I will use a company that will receive my orders from Brazil and send them from the United States to Oculus.)

I returned my oculus quest 2 today at Best Buy after having it for two weeks. The lens spacer did NOT work with my glasses and so the frames scratched my lense display. I went to customer service and was told the refund should distribute in about 5 days.

The ocolus refund is pretty generous and the support is really good if they didn't join up with facebook they would be doing so much better

Maybe you will reply to me or maybe not but I did the customer service already and I’m returning my meta quest 3 back to them because it’s stuck on the USB update mode screen. On the replacement request it says what to return: Meta Quest 3 128GB does that mean you return the headset, controllers, and everything that was included in the box when you first bought it and you have to return the original box to them as well? Also when they said that a replacement meta quest 3 would be sent to you, this replacement may be refurbished. Is it most likely a used meta quest headset or a new one ? Just asking for more clarification

so if you are in australia can you return it at all because the fan inside my headset makes a ticking and loud buzzing noise so i need to return it also how do you return i looked on the meta website and couldnt find support

Thank you for this video! my right controller stopped working and luckily the team was so nice to send me a replacement free of charge, this won't work for everyone but I'm glad I don't have to pay anything, due to me being in a tight spot right now.

Thanks for the vid and I appreciate that occulus is willing to replace my headset if I send a report. Though the problems I've had are far beyond what I have done to it. For example I try playing and downloading games and they just dont work due to Wi-Fi connection or any other exscuse really. But yeah thank you and I hope I have a better experience next time.

Idk if you’re still replying to comments but if you get a new headset, do you keep the game data? The reason why I am asking this is because I had to factory reset my headset and I lost the data for some of my games but not all of them. Like I still had my data for echo vr and my data for Population One as well as data for some other games. Would I still have this data if I were to return my headset and get a new one?

i've had my quest 2 since the day it came out and have had problems ever since. but by now it's just ridiculous. i got the headset so i could use link and it just doesnt work at all anymore. i've tried every single thing i could find online to fix it and nothing works. and before you think i missed something, i mean everything. i wish i could just return it for a new one but they probably wouldn't do that
