Are you going to be testing the Dji power 2000 extendable for the Dji power 1000

Excellent video Todd!! DJI did a great first run at two power stations. Missing a couple key features, but I don’t think it will keep true DJI fans away.
App base is nice but can be trouble some at times. Sometimes simple is good. Turn it on and go.

can you use any solar panel? or do you have to use the DJI solar panels only? they feel expensive for 100w only

i think that delay should be less than 12ms to be called officialy an UPS. it may not be important to everyday use but for some things it is very important, sensitive electronics etc.

update: it does have an app (you need a $25 dongle - dji-power-dongle). They recently receive a daisy chain expandable module Power Expansion Battery 2000 in China (extra 2kwh)

Can this work as a UPS for a home office?

DJI sounds good.. but 2 big cons. no cig port for powering a fridge is and no solar charging port.. idk why they left these out.

My only question is what are these truly made for? Like just a big charging station? I’m new to this tech

Do the external charge controllers come with the units or do they cost extra? I think I missed that detail 👍

I think for the solar input it is important to note that the delta2 has a voltage range that is compatible with much cheaper residential solar panels. While the DJI MPPT can only handle up to 30V, leaving you with only more expensive low voltage panels.

DJI 1k probably got better inverter and power performance is lots better for heavy power demand equipments

Thanks for the review from Ukraine! It's a shame DJI doesn't have an app. A good application and remote control are never superfluous. For home equipment, a laptop/computer/Internet equipment looks more attractive than DJI even without an application. I think EcoFlow is more suitable for household needs than for computer equipment and the like.

You also have to look at when the delta 2 came out... over a year ago... They (Ecoflow) are getting ready to release the Delta 3 lineup... My Main gripe with the DJI is the accessory list that you have to go through... seams like every drone battery has a special fast charge cable you need to buy if you want that feature... Also, what is the problem with having 120v outlets on the back? I have never wished my TV had its outlet on the front... that being said, I didn't mind when my Delta 2 had them on the back as well... less clutter.

I think for a first swing at a PPS they did really good... but in this market you need to cover all the bases to be great. there is a lot of competition in the space... and to leave things out, make you by accessories to do things like solar charge it... and not having an app... those things might hurt them.
