Let me delve into the co-founder statement:

I own 100%. As part of the deal, investor gets 33.3%. I still control the company. Nothing happens without my say.

Both my partner and I own 50% to start. Investor gets 33% in deal.

Me=33.3%
Partner=33.3%
Investor=33.3%

Nobody can dictate anymore. Investor can turn partners on each other and push one out.

Usually done via capital calls and such.

Don't EVER go below 51% ownership. Don't let anyone advise you otherwise.

This is a great format... these quickbites/nuggets of data are easily viewed and can be referred later when required insted of running thru half an hour video. Keep them coming!

Very well explained, I liked the part about having the right team members. It's important to have like minded people working with you and someone who is as passionate as you are. It's isn't easy to find great co-founders, though networking would help you find a suitable co-founder.

This video was not about how to get funding. I it was about how to pitch to an investor. Please tell us all those methods to get into a meeting with an investor in the first place.

First, develop for a specific audience and then try to take that feedback when you try to build a generic one for a broader audience
