Following Mr. Du Pont's advice I've set up a non-non-profit of my own. It's called Doctors Without Moral Boundaries (the "Moral" part is silent). We'll treat your malaria, and then take one of your kidneys, an eye and part of your liver, so you have fewer organs to worry about while living in your underdeveloped country. We can then sell those organs to the ones who truly need them - the desperate people. Then we use the money to fund expensive beautification and age-reversal treatments for those who work the hardest and so deserve them the most - our executives. That way, everyone gets something! Everyone wins!
