Here are five simple tips that will help you be more comfortable when riding Enduro.

1. Correct handlebar position.
2. Adjust your levers in the right position. (Plus bonus tip)
3. Suspension set up.
4. Shift and brake lever set up.
5. Correct tire pressure.

I ride 10 front and rear. Have had good luck. no pinch flats and far less deflection off large rock hits.

Wow! air pressure that you I ride a lot of different terrain with 12 -psi front tire and 10- in the rear. interested in why so much air in the rear

Thanks for the video! Have a question about gear lever position. Currently it is straight from the foot peg but that means in order for me to shift up I have to lift my leg and not just move my foot. I find that uncomfortable. Should I adapt to it or move the lever lower in order to shift up just by lifting my foot? Thanks!

hello, I bought a new wrf 450 2020. The manual says standard fork (12 compression.) (8 relaxation). shock absorber (10 compression) (8 relaxation) it is not a can can in relaxation? or do you really advise me to start like this and then adjust harder or less hard? 😊
