My Packtalk black gets static when I am riding only. On the other hand if I am sitting in my chair at home completely still...it works fine. I checked the cable connections and they all look pretty good. Any ideas?

I just bought the Packtalk Edge. First I thought the microphone didn't work, but realised the device is buggy. In a CAll I have to turn it on and off in order to have the microphone work propertly. Please help me!!!!

This isn't correct. I've followed the directions several times to the letter, and my unit will not unpair/drop it's bluetooth connections.

after reset one unit update to 5.6 the other one don't connect at all to the update app, also can not change to Bluetooth the second unit and lost connection to the main unit that works good, whats next please

My smartpack voice control doesnt work at all, on the bike hey cardo only turns radio on or off, and "ok google" doesnt work at all on bike and just barely testing it inside

Hey, owned a packtalk slim for a couple of weeks, but now it wont turn on, like at all. it responds to charging and to the computer but clicking any button on it dosnt do much

I purchased a packtalk duo . Are Packtalk and Packtalk bold the same? How do I know if I have a bold? Also couldn't get any commnications to work so did a full reset. Do I need to download the new upgrade again?

lot of issues with mine on the weekend ie turning radio on constantly without my command, calling speed dial without my command & failing to play music upon my really. Software is up to date Whats is my best option - factory reset or return for new 2 months old disappointing really.

Hi there, i just wanna ask, why my packtalk cant connect to another packtalk with dmc mode, i try to update the firmware, but still cant connect

Cant get my packtalk bold to recognize the dmc group of which, I'm already a member. I did the firmware upgrade but others haven't, is that what's causing the problem? Will a factory reset, solve the problem? If so, which one? Also how far backward is packtalk bold compatible, to devices just for intercom between the two?

Curious as to how to get my Packtalk Bold work with BRP Connect? I pair to phone then pair to bike's system. When I turn the bike on the pairing switch to bike and is no longer connected to the phone. When I open the app in the dash it wants to connect to the headset. App is currently useless.

After try to factory reset my Packtalk Bold. Play Announcement my packtalk bold has change from "Hallo Packtalk Bold" to "Hallo Packtalk".

Anyone can help me, how to get back play Announcement on my Packtalk Bold?

Sometimes you don't need a reset..., sometimes you need to throw your Cardo in the trash. The worlds worst. Will not pair. Won't pair with another Packtalk Bold, won't pair with a Cardo G9, and heaven forbid your riding buddies are on Senas. I'm a long time Cardo user, (G4, G9, Bold) but will have to switch to the competition as these units are junk. Will not pair. Will not pair. Will not pair. Shame on Cardo.
