Cardo PACKTALK/BOLD/All Brands - Golden Rules to Cross-Brand Intercom Pairing

Cross brand pairing = BIG source of confusion for everyone. Made this to help out on that....regardless what brand you own just keep this in mind! If it has "universal intercom", this is how it's doing it.

5 years later and still making a difference. We had an issue this morning trying to connect Cardo to Wayxin intercoms. Couldn’t figure it out and this video helps a lot. Will try when we next ride. Thanks for this tip

I spent a couple of hours trying to figure it out but had both in Universal Pairing; followed your advice and bam! All works now.
I can now enjoy intercom when riding with my daughter =)

Thanks, except the Chinese vnetphone v8 bridges between two different brands. So you can have a sense, v8, cardo and they'll all be in a conference

Great description on this! Just got my packtalk slim and I'm new to these helmet headsets and i have a friend that has sena but i was really sold on the packtalk slim and really wanted to get something i wanted and not something i didnt want and i have another friend who's also looking to getting his soon and idk if hes going sena or cardo (most likely cardo) but connecting with 1 another due to different brands was something i was afraid of but this video helped out alot with all the detailed information and answered my questions I was getting ready to ask lol

Problem is range. As with all bluetooth phone pairing, range may be less than 30m.
