Actually Ayin doesn't kill anyone, most of them commit die, and some of them tried a bit too much to be employee of the month. All he does is turn them into AIs after they are dead

Edit: You also forgot to mention that after Garion raided their scientific base in the outskirts, A and B went to dethrone the former L corp with the help of Lady Dias, and a few other wings, offices and the Zwei SS, claming it for their own and there is where the game takes place
