For a while I believed the boar episodes were simply an extended metaphor about the ridiculous tactics of inflammatory media. Then a boar appeared out of thin air in front of me and spoke in an ancient tongue about a coming apocalypse. No one believed me. But Cody knew. He knew all along.

As someone who grew up in a European forest area: These episodes are really funny, but make no mistake, boars are by far the most dangerous animals in our woods. You better start climbing that tree if you encounter one, especially if it is a mother with those cute looking babies.

As a lifetime resident of Hawaii, I can confirm that we were early to fall to the boar-pocalypse. Although some of our island chain have not completely succumbed I fear it's really only a matter of time before we are all firmly under their hooves. Listen to Cody, take the boar threat seriously, take what's happened to our beautiful islands as a terrible warning, and someday, perhaps, avenge us.
