Y'all, this isn't the United States. The comments talking about this being against digital nomads are really privileged. Internet isn't as fast and cheap there, people working in the shops legitimately effects the speeds of small businesses internet if they don't have enough people working there regularly to have high speed. It's not uncommon at all when traveling to be asked to pay for an internet pass.
