Houston. 2 million asians. Low cost. Costco. No snow.

Edit: this isn’t my first time with a 10k comment I’m not impressed.

I looked at the list of all USA costcos and checked out what the most Asian cities are in decent CoL states.

Sugar Land, TX had 35% Asian in a city of 100k+ in 2010s -- median income 105k and median house cost 500k.

No snow

Unrelated: I haven’t been able to get this out of my head. I even got my kids (11>) involved. Now every time we start a sentence with “I’m looking for…” we cut the person off with “a town with ASIANS LOW COST NO SNOW.” 😂

Related: Plano/Richardson/Garland, TX. Not cheap, but I imagine cheaper than NYC. You’ll find many shopping centers with a whole strip of Asian businesses! Also fits low cost traveling.

Also related: your wife nailed the effects!

north DFW, so north dallas, richardson, plano, allen, mckinney and frisco. however, collin county has the largest asian population in DFW, and fort bend county (houston area) has the largest asian population in texas. of course, texas has a lot of costcos everywhere. it really just depends which asian community you’re looking for, where ones job would be, what your price bracket, and what kind of outdoors access you want—like water forms, public parks and other things. good luck!

You may not like it but this is the anthem of the summer

Try Duluth, GA or Sandy Springs, GA!! It’s a big Asian population and pretty low cost. Plus, tons of Costcos (once a Costco kid, always a Costco adult lol)

You're gonna be in texas, Houston and Dallas both fill those requirements lol

I’d recommend Central Florida in or around Orlando based on those criteria

Hey no way! I’ve been looking for low cost asians at costco too but unfortunately they stopped selling them. Hope this helps!

Salt Lake City: approx 3 Asians total, housing prices easily reach ~$900, 000 now, many Costcos and a crap ton of snow

On the border of Gardena CA and Torrance CA so you have the Asian feel of Torrance while having cheaper prices by living in Gardena

It's stating the obvious, but aside from being polar opposite of low cost, Hawaii goes the hardest on the other categories. 45.4% Asian, Honolulu has the highest grossing Costco, and as far as snow...yeah.
