Overall I think S9 gets the nod...better video detail, better photo performance overall (except night mode on P20), amazingly fast and precise focus...P20 has a much improved stabilizer compared to Mate 10 and yes in "night mode" it shoots better, but in dim lighting and well lit conditions S9 is consistently better....I think the audio on the P20 was better also.

Had to make comparing P20 with S9 plus. Samsun has better dinamic range and better colors. Specially in the day. Samsung automatic focus is always in a Incredible way.

Boths have excellent cameras.
Some like natural colours.
Some like saturated colour's.
I like p20 pro the most.

I have both phones and I switched between them and I like the speed of the s9 but I choose the camera on the Huawei p20 pro for my normal camera, definitely the best phone camera on the market..

First of all amazing approach with the camera comparison video. Keep up the great work! 2nd i was expecting the Samsung to have better video stabilization but to be fair in this video it looks like the huawei did a better job at it. Overall tho Samsung is definitely the winner. Sadly, cuz i really wanted to get the Huawei but this just makes me wonder if i should
