When I hear choral music like this; when I hear human voices combining to create sound so ethereal and serene I weep when I realise the human voice is also capable of cruelty, bigotry and lies. I have not heard this piece before so my heart is soaring on an early winter's morning in Australia...already the weak sun seems brighter and warmer. I would love this music to be the soundtrack of my day.

I love this piece. We sang it for choir. The texts are prayers from the Mass - words that are very familiar to anyone with a passing familiarity with the Latin texts.
