1:25 reduce refresh rate to 60hz
1:55 change resolution to 1080p
2:12 put apps to sleep
3:01 set the mobile to 4G/3G/2G
3:53 turn off Nearby Device Scanning
4:18 turn off bixby routine
4:33 use wifi instead of data connection
4:50 turn off nfc, sync, location, bluetooth if not used
5:12 turn on dark mode
5:36 turn off always on display (AOD)

Bixby routines is a little debatable. If used correctly, it can help save power. For example you can always force your phone to go into power saving mode at night, or activate flight mode while you're sleeping etc.

I bought the S20 Ultra (exynos version) 2 days ago. I have been using it regularly and I get about 3-4 hour SOT all of these days. I love the 120 Hz and don't want to downgrade to 60 Hz or I could have just bought iPhone 11. I have tried all of the stuff mentioned in the video right now and I will see how it affects the phone. Does the battery improve after a week or so of continuous usage, like the Pixel 4? (Google calls it adapt battery)

I own a s20+ Exynos 990 and did everything you said. It kinda added an hour or so, but I still regret getting s20+!!

But isn't it sad, spending close to 800$ and compromising on everything we spend that 800$ for??

Yup, you can downgrade the refresh rate to 60hz from 120hz to save the battery but that defeat the purpose of buying this phone.
