How would a Q factor affect the sacrum and SI joints?

Would a wider one open them up?

Hi, is it possible that due to qfactor my knees are to close to the frame (sometimes it’s even touch it) ? I have also the same problem as muttsbutts but as I understand I have to buy other insole which will support my arch a bit better.

A lot of bigger obese guys walk with knees out akin a crab. Does it have to do with big thighs and just the biometrics of being larger?
