How to take a Marijuana Drug Test | Urine Drug Test

Using a marijuana drug test, how to take the test and read the test results.

The Marijuana Drug Test is a urine drug test that will test for THC (marijuana, pot, grass, weed, hashish) in the urine. THC can be detected in urine for seven to forty five days after use depending on how often the drug is used. The marijuana urine drug test uses a detection level of 50 nanograms/ML which is the cutoff level suggested by SAMHSA.

I am going to show you how to do a marijuana drug test.

Allow the test card and urine specimen to come to room temperature.

Remove the test card from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.

Remove iscreen labeled cap from end of the test card. With arrows pointing to the urine specimen immerse the strips of the test card vertically into the urine specimen for at least 10-15 seconds. Immerse test card to at least the level of the wavy lines on the strip, but not above the arrows on the test card. Do not allow the plastic device to be touched by the urine.

Replace cap and place the test card on a non-absorbent flat surface. Start the timer and wait for the colored lines to appear. The results should be read at 5 minutes. Results remain stable for up to four hours after the test initiation.

If the drug test is negative two lines will appear. A colored line in the control region and a colored line in the test region. Lines may be faint.

If the drug test is positive one colored line will appear in the control region.

If the test is invalid no lines will appear.

Did not have drill in July, so… as soon as we got out of June drill, I smoked pot nearly every day till June 26th. (I went to a dispensary and bought all kinds of flower.)
I used bongs, bubblers and pipes. Mixed the pot together and made joints from 9 different strains.
I quit June 26th, then on July 2nd a friend stop by. We got wasted and I took a bong hit.
July 30th started annual training. And immediately a UA was given.
Three days prior to AT, I drank a gallon of water every day.
On the day of the test, (because I knew it was coming.) I woke up 3 1/2 hours before formation and drank 3-4, 28oz water from my yeti cup. And some coffee. I peed several times before the test, once nearly 5 minute before. STRAIGHT CLEAR WATER came out of my PEE PEE hole.
If my sample isn’t selected, I win, if it’s tested it’s diluted.
Usually 21-30 days is enough to pass for not heavy smokers.
The army also doesn’t fail you for Diluted urine. Been doing this for 16 years!!!
I will always take the at home drug tests the week before drill. They have either clearly negative indications or faint negatives. My GF smokes everyday for the past 4 years. She took one and it was instantly positive from the same box I used.
As some older NCO told me “Dilution is the solution.” Until the army decides to use hair follicle testing. Dilute dilute dilute! The Medic looking at my urine sample said “this isn’t even testable.”

It takes the avg pot smoker 42 - 49 days to pass a drug test with abstinence. And a faint line means a pass.

1 month ago it was not showing two lines now since not smoking for a month the second line is appearing but very faint though clearly noticeable. Would that indicate I'm ready for a lab tested marijuana test? thanks

What if the control line is faint? Does that mean I didn't do it right? I held it in the Pee for 2-3 seconds. Wasn't intentional.

I got a faint red line in T zone, so I am negative :) But I didn't put the cap on when I needed to wait for 5-10 min. I just held it for 10 min, didn't touch the strip. Is that a problem?

I have a good question i can imagine that the cut off level is for 50ng of thc what if you are being tested on a lower cut off level then home testing kits such as .5ng test. Does the faint line mean that you have no thc metabolites or just under the 50ng cut off level
