I really appreciate the point you made on this as I've been struggling with self-judgement for a long time and with that, of course, judging that I judge, rather than just observing it. The fact that you validated how much it makes sense to judge and that the goal isnt necessarily NOT to judge, so much as to notice when its happening and try to think differently about it, really feels like an eye-opener to me. I've been very hung up on the concept of trying to ensure that I just dont judge at all, and thus having the validation of knowing its okay to have that instinct, as long as Im being mindful of it, is really helpful to me - thank you again!

Non-judgement is fragile in ecosystems with neoliberal food consumption patterns.

I viewed this because of the title. Someone called me a piece of shit tonight so i was looking for some answers. I feel people that judge are the criminals that commit the crime that they judge someone else on. I may be a piece of shit in their eyes( and yes ive had a storied past) but i expect that they think that of themselves or they wouldn't have been bothered to say that about me. What do you think?
