Great list! For swarm of cremlings, I'm going to use one Giant Crab miniature (size medium) and let the players know that the individual cremlings are each about the size of an outstretched hand

Love the ideas, something worth checking out might be warhammer models. I know a lot of them have STL files floating around since you have access to a 3d printer. For the bug swarms I was thinking about using Tyranid Ripper Swarms or Facefeasters or going for Necron Scarabs. For bridgemen maybe some Bretonnian soldiers, they look pretty peasant/slavelike. The middle earth bsg probably has some models that could fit these roles too, but none come to mind.

The campaign pledges are kinda all over. I got the minis from the last kickstarter. What books do I need to play all the content for stormlight? Can you recommend what pledge to grab?
