Minato vs Pain is NOT a fair fight...

In this video I basically go over why Pain would get destroyed by Minato. Am I biased? No I genuinely think I gave Pain a fair shot and I DEFINITELY do not think Pain is weak he's definitely top 2 in the Akatsuki and all that I just have had this take for like 3 years or something like that so I wanted to just back my position.

A lot of people seem to be confused at the Naruto getting stronger being able to negate the effects of the rasenshuriken. I don't care what you interpretation of it is databook 4 says he got a tougher body to overcome the weakness. Yes he did ALSO learn how to throw it but like Pa says Sage Mode toughens up your body like when Naruto was gonna fall on the spike in base and Pa saved him but the. He just fell in Sage Mode and was completely fine. Sage Mode just negates the needles getting into his arm by toughening his skin to an insane degree.

Nagato died to a talk no jutsu. Minato on the other hand was smart enough to dodge it permanently before Naruto could even talk. So Minato wins by superior brain power.

It's funny because Minato considers the Rasengan a unfinished Jutsu, because he intentionally intended to add elemental chakra to the Jutsu because he has lightning, fire, and wind nature transformations, but he couldn't because the Jutsu already required so much concentration for shape manipulation, via mastering your chakra to rotate in a orb. Even without the nature transformation, the justsu was still deemed a A Class Ninjutsu. Man is just insane, I hope they annouce a Minato Prequel series, I heard their doing a Naruto related annoucement on December 17th.

Great vid. Very convincing argument for why Minato wins. He's alot more op than I originally thought. Also I had no idea Pain fans were saying he beats Madara, that's insane. I only ever saw that level of awful takes when Itachi fans argued Itachi could beat Madara.

I've been saying this for years, if Minato hadn't sacrificed himself and survived the kyuubi attackthere wouldn't be a naruto series. Obito is screwed full stop, he got marked and as soon as he left the kamui dimension Minato would know and could blit him from anywhere in the elemental nations at any time.

The Uchiha masacre defiantly wouldn't have happened since Minato could've explained what happened, wouldn't be controlled be controlled by danzou and probably have a good personal relationship with the uchiha.

Konoha would just be stronger and he woud jusst become even stronger. Imagine him at like 36 at the start of canon with 12 more years of improvement

You can tell who clearly didn't watch the show or read the manga with their eyes open. Minato reacted fast enough to teleport away from obitos kamui that WAS ALREADY AFFECTING HIM. He was quick enough to blitz Obito before he could reactivate kamui(something which only takes a second, way shorter than shinra tensei's cool down)

He was known far and wide as the fastest ninja point blank before Naruto took that title and people are really trying to act like pain could keep up with his speed??? Huh???

A note about the the rasengan stuff you talked about around 7:30. The reason the rasenshuriken initially damaged Naruto is because of its wind nature, and he overcame the issue not by increasing his durability but instead by learning to throw it, with him only being able to safely use it point blank in kcm as far as I know. Minato never got the chance to incorporate elemental chakra into the rasengan, but if did learn or invent the rasenshuriken himself he probably would have suffered the same side effects unless he learned a work around like Naruto did. Maybe teleporting it right on top of the enemy? Regardless, using the rasenshuriken’s backlash as a way of measuring Naruto’s growth in comparison to Minato doesn’t really work because the base rasengan that Minato invented and used had no actual backlash regardless of the users durability. The fact that Naruto invented the rasenshuriken could be used to compare them, as Minato never figured out how to incorporate change in chakra nature. But it could be argued that Naruto only pulled it off because of the nine tails and Yamato allowing him to throw shadow clones at the problem. Really like your video so far keep up the good work. I’ve seen a lot of people downplay Minato so I always like to see content creators talking about him.

I was rewatching Obito VS Minato and I have one question. What if Kakashi was at the site of Kushina’s birth like the other ambu. I don’t except it to make a massive difference, but surely Obito would spend extra time on Kakashi simply because he has history with him. If he did spend even seconds longer than Minato should’ve been able to seal the 9 tails back making it a lot harder for Obito to break it. From that point it’s possible Minato would drop Naruto off and get back just in time to stop Obito from fully releasing Kurama.

Now that you mention it, Minato and Pain should be almost analogous in-universe.
Both were seen as saviors inside their respective villages and both were seen as the monsters leading an imperialist agenda outside their villages.

Minato has the ability to teleport anyone he touches. Nagato needs to be closer to his paths to control them, so minato can basically delete any path he makes contact with and can just teleport to wait out cooldown on shinra tensei or chibaku tensei. He's definitely fast enough to make contact with them, maybe set seals on all of them before they know his plan to pick them off. Nagato might need to set up multiple hostage situations at once to even have a chance. No shot Nagato can beat Minato.
