Clear to close here lol my lender went on vacation during closing and put in an extension now at this new closing he says they are so backed up he just can’t get the docs out. Clear to close ...when the lender feels like it, even if it means you lose the house and all of the money put into obtaining the house...

Great info. I know this one was about a home purchase. What about a Refi? Is all the same with the exception of the 3day rescission period. Also if you have gone through the rescission period and and waiting for the funding to take place on Monday are you all in the clear? Thank you.

Can an Auto Accident Law suit affect the Mortgage Application at closing ?
Very small accident but the law suit is for personal injury after 1.11 years after accident . And the Insurance coverage is just state minimum,
Currently my company Insurance lawyer is handling the case
