Kobo Forma PDF Review - 8' E Ink eReader

From my research, 8 inch screen of Forma is actually a big plus when it comes to PDF vs 7 inch oasis 2. Looks like KOBO Forma's processing power can keep up most PDFs even though it is slow. As of time of this comment, anything related to PDF e-reader with 7.8 inch screen size will cost you more than 300 CAD which is the price of Forma. If you are focusing only on PDF e-reading experience, you should look up 7.8+ inch display Android e-readers, otherwise forma is great middle ground between format compatibility, price, screen size and speed.

I had to send mine back. Constant freezing requiring a hard reset, dust under the glass and a weird light-band near the "spine".

Pretty disappointed considering this is a $300 ereader; double the price of the Paperwhite (with which I've never had any problems whatsoever).

I have recently purchased Kobo Sage 8 plus it`s pen (Kobo Stylus). but the problem is that I can`t add any note in that note sign section that pops up along the line that you want to add some note. I have seen that people easily do that in review videos on YouTube but I really can`t do it.
plus people will easily highlight anything they want quite easily with a very clean and sharped highlighting ability but mine is like using shade brush, I don`t know what is exactly wrong with it.
I`d be grateful if you could help me out.
Btw I am sure that the pen is quite alright

Seems kindle oasis is better.. i was to buy forma. Thanks to god it has been unavailable on walmart website. Gonna buy kindle oasis.. just wasted my time for waiting to buy forma. I even canceled the order on Amazon by hearing about the forma..shit
