Homemade Granola 🙂

Now, I measure to my heart desires, lol! 💚

Here is a base of how I make my Granola.

About 3.5-4 cups of oats
1 cup of sliced almonds
1 cup of shredded coconut
1-2, or 3 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (Trader Joe's)
.5-1 cup of melted coconut oil
.5 cup of organic raw honey
A little sprinkle of brown sugar
A splash of vanilla extract

BY ALL MEANS adjust to your taste and add-ins you love! 💚

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix it all together in a large bowl until the oats and add-ins are covered with coconut oil and honey.

Spread on baking sheet on top of parchment paper, somewhat of an even layer.

Bake for about 15-20 mins or until golden.

Let it cool for about 20 mins, then break it up. ENJOY!
