I have a large multicolored rug and just played the game stepping around on a single color. Hey, now I feel like that 4 year old.

I am 75 and need my balance to stay independent.
So thank you for giving me so.many idea's to help my balance.
It is the one thing that makes the elderly loose there confidence.
I am beginning with simple one leg balance for 30 seconds on each leg.
And the obstacle cause I do 1 minute.
I hope to improve as the months go on.

that little parcour excercise just reminds me of my daily life with my cat 😂 need to move around him all the time because he likes to stay close to my feet when he wants something

This is one of those great ideas to move your body during times when you would usually be sedentary. Like watching YouTube. Or playing games on the iPad. You could do them standing in line at the store. Just don't throw a bunch of things you haven't paid for on the ground; you could get arrested.

I have trouble with balance… SUPER clumsy!! Once or twice a week I can throw stuff on the floor and practice different ways to walk around it. Btw, my teenagers must already know this technique 😏. Love your video…thank you!

Back when I would regularly take public transit during rush hour and had to stand I would see how little I needed to hold the post.
