To get this ending you have to get the bad ending first after that try to get the bad ending again near the finish you have to type "spook" then this custscene will roll and you have to hide and find thin mints, then give it to the girl and you should get the achievement.
ps:if you get caught the game will crash and you have to repeat the process.
