Defeating the mouth normally will result in the bad ending, where you get eaten and the mouth flees.

To get the good ending you need to find the upgraded thin mints launcher hidden out of bounds in the Dairy Queen store, to get there: you need to stand on the corner, right where the bathroom door is, then, you need to open the bathroom door without moving your control stick, resulting in you entering the bathroom from the corner, after that, you need to jump backwards two times to the left corner of the bathroom, if you did it all right, you must be out of bounds and be able to find the Super Thin Mints Launcher.

After picking up this rare item, you must reset the game, you will spawn directly on the zone before the fight (getting there manually will take away your Super Thin Mints Launcher and you will have to do the whole process again). If you did everything right, the mouth's life bar will be bigger than usual and the mouth will start attacking you to get you away from it, fight the mouth as usual and when you finally defeat it, the mouth will pay you before it faints. That way, you will get the good ending!
