All spiritual philosophers are speaking about habits or obstacles that r applicable to only certain people, but they r not telling about people who r introvert. If they r not in contact with much people then emotions r not obstacles, they will have some other obstacles which r much more intense then these emotions & those r like TV serials & movies, social media. OK let us say we might have seen some quiz program for 1/2 hour which has no much emotions, that also pops up always. Or we might had conversation with some people for few minutes, the next day when we sit for sadhana that will keep popping up often. And yesternight we had gone for walking, we just had seen few shops & few people & that also keeps popping up in meditation. Apart from these past events that might be of 15 -20 years old will also pop up, for some people who listen to music always on daily basis, for them always music becomes obstacle for meditation. Personally when I sit for meditation I have visualization tools to erase thoughts associated with video component, but I don't know how to erase audio component. I asked few gurujis how to remove earworms from our memory, I didn't get any reply. Pls pls help me how to get rid of obstacles or habits that r not concerned about emotions at all.
