Gluing XPS pink insulation foam to PVC sheet plastic (Sintra)

Thanks for the vid. I am working on a project that i need to bond these two materials. I am using liquid nails, power grab construction adhesive. Bond isnt strong enough. I will try the gorilla glue.

Glidden gripper, that is apparently you could best stuff on the market to glue pink insulation foam to itself

I was wondering if you have tried - 3M™ Fastbond™ Contact Adhesive 30NF.
I am looking to bond 1/4" Sintra to 1-1/2" XPS, 4'x8' sheets.
Fastbond30NF is a water base contact cement so might not eat the XPS

Does Epoxy get too hot for the Foam? because i used epoxy on a foam aircraft and had no issues with it.

If I intend to stick two layers of PVC foam boards together (85 to average 10 cm), would Gorilla glue be a good substitute for the normally good super glue? Problem with that is that it likely dries too fast for me to properly apply enough drops on a surface area. I've also tried Gorilla Clear Epoxy Glue and it's more or less the same "stiffness" as the super glue.

Gorilla glue has a chemical bond dont depend on air uses moisture to bond putting glue between 2 pieces of foam is like putting it back in the bottle and expecting it to harden so the chemical bond will always be better

Foam safe cynoacrylatate and accelerator.... Bob Smith industries. Or any c.a. glue. Is with carbon fiber or fiber glass... Check out model airplanes.

You're supposed to rough the PVC and then lightly torch it so the epoxy will form a chemical bond instead of just a mechanical bond.

How are you gonna do a glue comparison and do your test before the glues even dry? Makes no sense.

Read cynoacrylatate and accelerator. Works with carbon fiber and glass cloth., .. gotta love spell check. There is a plethora of CA producer's. Bob Smith industries are one of the finest.
