Modern technology is capable of persuading us to act in certain ways and cyberspace is constantly becoming more sophisticated and responsive to human interaction. I don't get it. Of course they are doing this. That's somebody's job. To keep these platforms relevant they have to stay desirable to use. There's ZERO MANIPULATION of psychology. These are just businesses trying to optimize their product. It is the individual's responsibility to handle time management. Social Media is NOT to blame for any of this. It's our own fault that we can't discipline ourselves and manage our time properly.
