Audi S4 B8 with 7 Speed S-Tronic Problem

Vehicle is on cruise at 25mph. The engine revs should be stable but you can see them varying. Most noticable when under light load in 3rd and 5th. Also sometimes get loss of torque in reverse - it's in reverse but have to rev the engine to make it move and uphill is very difficult.

The root cause was indeed the mechatronic solenoid but by this time both clutches were burnt out by the slippage! Alex and the team at Milta Technology near Bristol (England) did a great job in fixing it !

My S4 has the same problem, went to the dealer to get a new solenoid but they tell me they cant order that on its own
I have to buy the whole mechatronic unit wich costs 2500€...
Where they able to just replace that solenoid on your car ?

it' mechatronic cluch solenoid problem. about 400 euro fix
