2nd best ending if you want to sacrifice Sean and give Daniel a normal childhood, and in turn make Sean a convicted criminal for a murder he didn’t do, but Daniel did. And after 15 years in jail at 16/17, he now got PTSD, and a criminal record👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Way to destroy such a pure and kind soul like Sean💔

I just finished my second playthrough of the game, i basically played it the exact same both times except i surrended this time and I'm so much happier with the ending i got in the first playthrough, yeah Daniel didn't come with sean to mexico but at least they still kept a good relationship even if they were in different countries. Sean is about 17 years old when he went to prison, Sean was 31 years old when he was released. That's 15 years gone and those years are some of the best years of your life. To have that ripped from Sean due to the actions of someone he was trying protect is damaging to somones mental state, the scene at the campife helps this opinion as well. I love this game and series but in my opinion the only things that really holds this as a good ending is lyla is there.

Easily the second worst ending besides lil bro going to mexico alone. The only good endings are surrendering with low honor, and pushing through with high honor. Sean goes to mexico and daniel gets a normal childhood, or the both of them fulfill their original goal and make it to mexico.

This is the second best ending for me. Let me explain. If I let Daniel run freely with his powers, he gets too violent and reckless to my liking. The pacifist within me won't allow Daniel to be like this. So Daniel brute-forcing their way to Mexico, although being united as brothers, it leaves a sour taste in me. The best ending for me is parting ways with Daniel so that Sean can live free in Mexico and Daniel can have a relatively good life with his grand parents and his buddy Chris.
