14:18 Just want to add that this is incorrect and that electron capture doesn't alter the mass number, but it does reduce the atomic number by one. The electron gets absorbed by the nucleus, and so the particle adapts by ensuring that the proton also gets converted into a neutron to keep the atom stable and neutral.

I don't know if you will answer but I checked online what it means for a nucleus to be in a "excited state" and I gathered that if there are more electrons in the valence shell than in the inner shell it means it is in an excited state, so does that mean that gamma decay pushes 1 electron closer into the nucleus?

I must say, you're using a letter Y to represent gamma rays/high-energy photons. This isn't right, you should use the Greek letter gamma: γ (lower case)

to anyone watching i would like to ask because in some modules gamma decay is 0/0 Y + 0/-1 e. I would like to ask if what's the real reperesentation of gamma decay
