What about the last one? I think its energy program. I am going to start using your progrm since my alk is down and nitates are up from adding a lot of new frags to my 5 months old 36 gallon. I have quit feeding corals because I believ the reefroids is why my nitrates went from 10 to 80! I a going to add alk and use no pox. I guess its safe to use together? what I want to know is if I should start giving them the energy program instead of food. Would this have less effect on my nitrates than reefroids and also keep them nourished?

Is dosing NoPox carbon dosing? If it is will it affect the Amount of Alkalinity needed for a reef tank?
