Nothing will cut your taxes more than being unemployed and homeless. That's the only tax cut she has been able to pull off so far.

How can she lower taxes on the middle class, while stating she wants to tax unrealized capitol gains? Will they refund the money if your unrealized gains go back down? How will she keep landlords, regular people who own rental houses, not big conglomerates, from doing absolutely bankrupt from paying taxes on unrealized real estate gains? Rental property is investment property, therefore taxable in her unrealized gains tax. People like me would end up owing $300k in capitol gains tax. We only make $140k a year. We would be forced to sell our rental property, making the tenants homeless, or go to jail for unpaid tax.
