His teaser is so quiet and contemplative. The word I'd use to describe it is 'refreshing.' Compared to his personality, as shown in the archon quest, this was much gentler than what I was expecting from Alhaitham if I'm being honest. His words kinda flew over my head, and I'll need to rewatch it a few times to really get the gist of what he was saying, but it felt like I was listening to someone who was talking to the room we were in; he knew I was there, but he didn't address me directly like it was just him thinking aloud and leaving the invitation to add my own thoughts if his weren't sufficient for me. This makes me even more excited for him and makes me more curious about how his demo will play around with this highly gentle portrayal of Alhaitham.

It's pretty interesing that Alhaitham mentions the birds, of all animals in Sumeru. Since we saw a lot of bird symbolism across the story, specially about Nahida being a "little bird", Mona's story about the crystal bird and Barbatos's lessons about how to fly.

Everything is connected.

Can we talk about how good of a quote that is? "The profoundest eternal questions are met only with a boundless and eternal silence".
In a way it's so cheesy, but if you're a person that find yourself thinking a lot about "profound" stuff, this very quote can lead to a lot of different trains of thought.

This trailer was quite tame but is a great reflection of Al Haitham. A nice monologue about the ramblings of a scholar and the curiosity of life.

Man— I got Tighnari literally one pull after Scara so I have a guarantee but I don’t know who to save it for.. Al-Haitham is super hot but I’ve always wanted Hu Tao and Yelan is such a useful character. Ughhh

I’ve got 0 pity, 40 pulls (or will have when he comes out) and a 50/50.

If I get him it’s a win, if I don’t then I’ll have a guarantee ready for Dehya and if I get nothing then I’ll have pity for her.

Honestly the best outcome for me would be an early 50/50 loss to Tighnari because I desperately want him and it will ensure I get Dehya.
