I bought my 1997 Crv LX awd a few weeks ago runs great it has 195, 000 miles. The only thing i dont like is the seats very high up and very uncomfortable. They should make it a little more adjustable to go lower and if it has side bolsters that hugged you it would be great

I'm in the search for one of these right now and while my better judgement tells me to stay away from an automatic transmission, it's not mated to a Honda V6 of any kind, which means that the chances of failure are greatly reduced. I can't wait to own one of these along with my '10 Fit Sport because I miss having an incredibly simple 90's era Honda interior in my life.

I've never seen the dash clock delete plate before on a 1st Gen crv. Next to the e flasher button. Never knew they came without that clock. Lol😅.
