U.S. President-Elect Donald Trump appointed Indian-Origin Techie Sriram Krishnan as the Senior Advisor for AI at the White House. The appointment upset many Trump's Far-Right supporters who were angered with Sriram's views on immigration reforms. The MAGA supporters in particular hurled racial slurs at Krishnan who was shielded by fellow Republicans such as Elon Musk and David Sacks.
