Paused Front Squat 205 x 5 @6.5 last of 5 sets. I'm sure I could make at least a few more 10 lb jumps, but I'm not going to. Starting next week, I'll be doing 5 lb jumps, plus I'm dropping the frequency from 3x/week to 2x/week. The third day of front squats will be replaced by trap bar deadlifts. #powerlifting #squat #frontsquat #usapl #usaplct
