Most Christians are not even aware of the dangers of social media, phones etc.
Social media has become such a big part of our lives that it's easy to think it is normal to spend 5,6,7+ hours a day on our phone. But it isn't. It distracts us and destroys our lives and faith.

The average christian spends 15 minutes skimming through their Bible and 2 - 3 hours glued to their television. This needs to stop. We are fools for wanting Christ to return or a revival to come if we continue conducting like this.

I pray daily that God would remind me to use my time wisely.
Time, once is gone is gone and you cant get it back. Its important that we use the time God has given us wisely ... we should invest our time in things with eternal value.

I live by this priority which I want to apply more to my life. Give 10% of my day(like a tithe) to God (that is - invested in scripture and prayer). I walk up at 6:00 AM and go to bed at 9:00 PM. That is 15 hours awake and active. Therefore, I commit myself to spend 1 hour and 30 minutes in God’s word before continuing with school and extracurricular activities. To be honest, I am typing this that every other day I spend I may read it back and see how much I did to insert this more strongly in my life. Thank you for the convicting message and God bless you brother.

So true! We need to compare ourselves to the Word of God and not the Christians around us. It’s too easy to ignore our convictions when we see other Christians doing the same thing.

She was dropped at the long term care facility she lives in a few days ago and has been having concussion symptoms. 😪 I have experienced a concussion and I don't want her to go through that kind of suffering.
