How can I add users to print operaters group in AD when added users still cannot manage printers please?

Am on production environment and i have installed ricoh printers which i want a user to enter password in the printer so as they can print and i have already have a software called papercut how do I intergrate this, the software is just for trial so no help from the vendor that is why i have asked here

i have managed to download the driver from official page for my printer but when i try to browser it doesn't appear it seems file format is not compatible so what can i do or which type of file format should my driver have

The purpose of print server on w2k server is to add printer automatically on each computer without adding one by one, but u are showing adding printer manually, this is wrong.. if u have thousands of computers are u gonna add one by one?
