The iPhone XR is for people who want the performance of the iPhone XS, but at a cheaper price. People buying it don't care that it has a 828p display

To people who are criticizing the iPhone XR's price and screen...
It's literally the same resolution screen as the iPhone 6-8. When you look at it from normal holding distance, you are not going to see the pixels... Who holds their phone up close to their face while using it? Who?
And the LCD... Sure you can argue that OLED is better, but for those who come from iPhone 6-8, it doesn't even matter. Apple's LCD has always been the most color accurate.
The price $749 is literally just 50 more than the average iPhone start price from iPhone 7/8... with Face ID, same camera as XS, same A12 chip.
3GB RAM because optimization on the iOS 12 is now better, and XR is aiming for the average customer base who can't afford the $1000 iPhone XS - Do they really need 4GB RAM?
A price that is $250 cheaper with nearly 90% of the $999 iPhone XS's feature.
Think about it.

I am not an Apple sheep.
I love the new Pixel 3 XL (except for the deep notch), love the OnePlus 6, I love the Note 9 that is ACTUALLY worth $1000, but I also love the iPhone. And the iPhone XR is literally the best smartphone Apple ever made this year when you take the price and features into consideration.
iPhone XS is overpriced. iPhone XR on the other hand, costs $749 with almost every new feature the new iPhone XS has.

More photographers need to review these camera phones. My goodness you are the only one that explained the real difference between the Xs and Xr cameras as well as the display. There are major channels who’ve gotten millions of views complaining about the screen alone. Great job and intrigued me to get the phone to test out for sure.
