Excuse for offtop, in my plans to buy 4K monitor for my editing laptop, but - how much 4K monitor will load GPU of video card by 4K resolution? In this case is it better to stay with 2K monitor?

Can someone explain why, I was doing a write on with a mask paint node making text reveal. After I did the mask in one stroke, and had all my keyframes, about a hundred or so. I clicked the keyframes window, and they were all there. But when I clicked zoom to fit, I could no longer see them. It seems like I am way zoomed out, but I'm not sure. But now nothing will bring it back to where I could see/ move the key frames. Even if I delete the paint mask and do it again, it's still in that weird perspective where I don't see any keyframes
