HotContentBlockstore is a really cool interface idea! Can combine cold and hot storage systems and maybe create a ranking for the popular blocks that are retrieved the most. Maybe associate a key that will have an expiring time that renews each time a read operation is made on the block and, if it's expired, remove that unpopular data (garbage collection?).
