My Mum (a nursery teacher) got a package delivered to our house when I was a 5 year old boy. It was a pink, sparkly belly dancer dress. I loved it and wore it for 3 days straight.

At no point did my Mum start the process of giving me hormones, changing my pronouns, cutting off my genitals or generally demanding that now I was a girl. Now I am a well adjusted, adult man who hasn’t worn a dress since I was a little child.
