Take the sensor off and place it on the outside of the chain stay and place a magnet on the inside of the left pedal abit more power them. Also remove the magnet on the spokes at the back wheel.

Hello I have this same bike I have had it about 5 days and I have lost the key. But the bike has been working but today it keeps saying EO14 for some sort of error can you please tell me how to fix it

My 10yr old kid could have done a more comprehensive review on that bike. It’s no good just pressing a few buttons and stating the very obvious.
