As a Pakistani I agree. Indians r famous here in Pakistan for their brilliant minds and technology obv. We Pakistanis admire Indians so much tho our relations ain't good but it is what it is. India's doing wonders already

I don't know if he's getting paid to say these things but its not true. Most of the toppers at IIT apply to get into MIT for their masters and not all of them are accepted.

Same thing one of my American friend said, he said bro whatever it is in the end look, Google employed an IITian as their CEO, not an MITian or someone from Harvard etc. Americans are better entrepreneurs, they can start huge firms, but Indians and Japanese are better operators, they can make things run in much better way than Americans or Europeans.

I appreciate he is pro India and I am happy about it but being from an IIT myself I can say that it’s difficult for any IIT to compete with MIT in terms of engineering research infrastructure and the quality of education. For sure IITians are a smart bunch, crème de le crème, but it would be dishonest to say they IIT is better than MIT in producing engineers.
