Matrix Lie Groups: April 18, calculation of BCH (part 1)

here we attempt to derive BCH past the usual 1/12 terms. I think we were successful to the 1/12 terms, but, if we trust Wikipedia, then our last calculation has an error... somewhere. This much is clear, the formula casts the law of exponents for small enough matrices as a infinite series of nested commutators.
