Показать описание
The Atlantic, Pacific, Arctic, Southern, and Indian oceans are named as separate things, but are actually interconnected as one global ocean. Given the ocean’s crucial role in regulating the Earth’s climate, understanding the science behind our One Global Ocean is an important element in preserving our planet’s unique biodiversity.

This teaching animation is based on The Ocean Literacy Framework, developed by many scientists and educators from the ocean sciences education community. This project was supported by funding from the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation.

Duh, it's all one planet. That's how God created it. He doesn't make mistakes. 😁

This video completely glosses over the fact that arctic temperatures act as a literal barrier to most sea life. This is why youll never catch a Mahi Mahi when fishing in Alaska. Seperating the oceans and the life within them is crucial to study and preservation. Im sorry but this is a bad premise to build on.
