Putting a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into neutral manually

This may be helpful to my fellow tow truck drivers that have to deal with the new electronic shifter in the new Grand Cherokees. When the new Jeeps won't start, they won't go into neutral by pulling on the shifter itself...I had to call my local dealer and talk to one of the techs to figure this out.
