I have my surgery on April 14th. I am glad my insurance didn't make me go through all those hoops. I went for my consultation and less than a week later, my insurance approved the surgery.

Yes they want you to see a physical therapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, need to be on ibuprofen, Motrin, and also pain Medications. And the BEST part is that even after you’ve done all these things, they can deny you and make you start all over again. Also let’s not forget the fact they make you lose weight because they want to see if they go away that way and even if it doesn’t go away, they can still keep denying you. Reductions are almost impossible to get in america

Shouldnt the lift part be included with a reduction hopefully as the reduction is a need not a cosmetic want.

Huge breasts are often the result of too much dairy or too much farm fresh foods in the diet. I am flat chested and my diet consists of potato crisps, noodles, doughnuts and sandwiches. Modern foods are making us less busty. Who would have thought?
